The Clark Fork River has many owners. Part of my work was to obtain data from one stake holder and convert it into another user friendly form--an interactive image. Because of privacy issues, this image is not activated. The client would click on a polygon to see who owned what area of the river and see all associated data related to that specific area of study. Millions of dollars has been spent to evaluate the risk associated with site.
